Ok, after some paperwork at the communal office who issue licenses and a minor eyesight-test everything was in order:-)

Drivers License!!! In Thailand
If you wanna be one the safe side, you better get yourself a Drivers license, in Thai!!!!
As a tourist that is not easy, 'cause you need houseregistration and etc. and the language-barrier is huge. So get yourself a "thai friend" and get started.
When you got your paperwork ready you head for the "immigration". Apply for license(take 2 days) and then get to your consulate, translate your foreign license(takes 1 day), head back to immigration with this together with a Declaration that confirm you're abel to drive a car from a local clinic(doctor), and voila, the next day everything should be in order.

I'm back
Finally back in Paradise.....:-)
Arrived yesterday, 25.06.10, after a to long flight from Amsterdam! Both me and the missus felt sick after arrival and I had a pitstop at the Toilet:-( God dam'n airplane-food)
